User Responsibility

- Wear seatbelts at all times during the ride.
- Report any safety incidents immediately via the app.
Platform Measures

- Verified driver background checks and vehicle inspections.
- 24/7 incident response and support teams.
- In-app emergency button for immediate assistance.
2. Ride Responsibility
Users agree to conduct themselves with respect and safety at all times. This includes following local traffic laws, maintaining a clean vehicle environment, and respecting the personal space of both drivers and fellow passengers.
ExpressGaadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these core community standards or engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or physical aggression.
3. Platform Rules
Prohibited Items: The transport of illegal substances, hazardous materials, or unauthorized commercial goods is strictly forbidden.
Verified Identity: Valid identification and verification are required for all active accounts to ensure network integrity.
Mutual Respect: Any form of solicitation or external commercial use of the platform is a violation of our terms.
4. Liability & Legal
ExpressGaadi acts as a facilitator between independent drivers and passengers. While we implement rigorous background checks and insurance protocols, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify ExpressGaadi against claims arising from personal misconduct or negligence during the use of our services. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
5. Payments & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 minutes of booking are free. Subsequent cancellations may incur a fee to compensate drivers for their time and fuel. Frequent cancellations may lead to temporary booking restrictions.
Payment Terms: All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and real-time demand. Users agree to keep a valid payment method on file at all times.
